Gouda

Gouda is one of those special cases. Brought up by his mom near the ocean, Gouda is the carefree type that says Acuna- matata when things get too complicated. With his trusty executive chef cookbook and best friend by his side, Gouda cannot go wrong!  That is until there is a recipe not found in his book! Gouda tends to read product labels before contents. One time he made this delicious looking cherry cheesecake, but he used turpentine for the gloss. He wasn't trying to hurt anyone; he just wanted to luster it up a bit because he failed to pay attention when going to school for cooking. Working for peanuts is how he landed this position! Yes! First one, then the other. He works for Peanut for peanuts. Cook by day and surfer by night, Gouda is always looking to catch that elusive wave he hunts for in his daily quest for the perfect surf.
